Mostly You’re Simone! You have a weakness for designer clothes, and are a real diva.
One fierce chick we could all take a cue from is Willow Smith. Even though she’s barely thirteen, this teen rapper has her head in the game with her heavy gold chains and obsession with neon. Even Lady Gaga is a fan! And her hair is always set for whipping with bright streaks and a new crazy style every day. We love Willow Smith!
I am in stage crew for my school musical, and we have to wear black. All black. I was soooooo disappointed when I heard that because I thought that it meant I couldn’t have any personal style. But then I looked in my jewelry box and closet and realized I had tons to wear! Wear a tank with sequins over a cardi with a belt and black leggings, skinny jeans, or a short to knee-length skirt. Finish with a statement necklace like my beaded coil necklace from Claire’s.
Yoga is one of my favorite hobbies and I like to wear cute printed tops and shaped yoga pants. Somehow cute clothes manage to give me more confidence and I can stretch farther and do more. My two favorite brands are Pink Yoga and Danskin Now Yoga.
Clothes right now are not really having a sexy moment. You are totally a siren without showing a mile of leg. Take inspiration from the 1950’s and do a half-sleeve, high neck, top or dress. You can keep it shaped, but don’t go mini. Do cats-eye shades, pearls,or ladylike gloves, not all three. Below the knee hemlines and higher necks make a sensual look. So clever.
Hey, Fashonistas! Corduroy pants are the comfy, preppy alternative to denim. I love them, but today I decided to put an unexpected twist on the trend. I wore a navy corduroy skirt and a pink ruffled top. It was a preppy and girly mix that worked great.
Being an indie babe means bright colors and funky prints! Rock a patterned dress and a cute little jacket. I would pair a bright print with a black or navy blazer. Make sure you pick a dress that is fitted, but not too tight. Bright colors are sexy and loud enough!
