One fierce chick we could all take a cue from is Willow Smith. Even though she’s barely thirteen, this teen rapper has her head in the game with her heavy gold chains and obsession with neon. Even Lady Gaga is a fan! And her hair is always set for whipping with bright streaks and a new crazy style every day. We love Willow Smith!

Many people think that you need a whole new wardrobe for spring. But some styles, like leather skirts, should stay. Black or bright, leather skirts will follow us into spring. So will trench coats. Neon will also burn brighter than ever, and sheer will get cooler and sexier.
